How We Work With Data
From data collection to validating findings, we can work with data from the very beginning of a project all the way through to completion — or we can step in at any point along the way.

Instead of immediately diving into which data points to focus on, we start with the big picture: What are your (or your client’s) goals? What do you want to learn from the data? Which metrics do you need to report on? Answering these questions helps us tie the right metrics to your goals.

Once we identify the right metrics, we determine the most appropriate way to measure them. We use our specialized methodology training to determine the right questions to ask and the best format for asking them (i.e., survey questions, focus groups, etc.) to get the data we need.
