Our data partner solutions are as unique as the projects we work on. No two are alike, so we offer a variety of options from which our data partners can pick and choose. Take a peek at the menu:

  • You have a vision of what you need, and we execute it. We can be a silent partner or an active one, working for you or directly with the client.

  • You know how to do the analytics, but you don’t have the time (or perhaps the passion) to dig into the data. Analysis is our bread and butter, which means we can handle the work with speed, precision, and even a smile.

  • We can review your data, provide feedback on your project, ask thoughtful questions, and maybe even find a new trend or two.

  • If you need a measurement tool that’s unique to what you do, we can build one based on your work. You have the genius, we have the expertise to mold it into a measurement tool. We can also help you develop long-term data strategies and systems.

How We Work With Data

From data collection to validating findings, we can work with data from the very beginning of a project all the way through to completion — or we can step in at any point along the way.

  • Instead of immediately diving into which data points to focus on, we start with the big picture: What are your (or your client’s) goals? What do you want to learn from the data? Which metrics do you need to report on? Answering these questions helps us tie the right metrics to your goals.

  • Once we identify the right metrics, we determine the most appropriate way to measure them. We use our specialized methodology training to determine the right questions to ask and the best format for asking them (i.e., survey questions, focus groups, etc.) to get the data we need. Whether you need quantitative or qualitative data, we have your back.

  • When you have data from or about people coming at you from all directions — surveys, employee records, demographics, an HRIS, census records — we scoop up the numbers and make sense of them. We can even bring in additional data sources for a comparative analysis.

  • Digging through a stack of open-ended comments is labor-intensive and time-consuming. We can do the digging for you. Whether we’re analyzing one-on-one interviews, focus groups, open-ended survey questions, or a combination of data, we’ll use our trusty trowels to excavate the themes and uncover the treasures.

  • When you want to use data to tell a story, data visualization makes the narrative pop on the page by highlighting patterns and making results feel more tangible. Data visualization makes it easier to communicate the data the story — and a well-told story makes it a lot easier to gain buy-in for your strategic initiatives.

  • Are you a team of one? We can be your sounding board as you work through the key takeaways from your data and determine the best way to present it to your client. We can also perform an independent findings review to validate your recommendations.
